Experience
An attorney since 1983, Deborah Kelly opened her own law firm, Kelly Law Office LLC in 2007. Until then, she was a partner in the Corporate Group of Faegre & Benson, LLP, a multi-national law firm (and its predecessor Boulder firm, Chrisman Bynum & Johnson). Prior to joining Faegre & Benson, Deborah served as Corporate Counsel for The National Bank of Washington, a national bank in Washington DC, as well as for Colorado Commodities Management, a commodity trading advisor in Boulder. She started her legal career in Dallas, Texas with the law firm Moore & Peterson, in its financial institutions group.

Community Involvement
Deborah is actively involved in many local organizations and programs. She serves on the board of directors of HospiceCare of Boulder and Broomfield Counties, where she serves as Chair of the Board of Directors (previously serving as Vice President and Treasurer). She is a member of the Boulder Rotary Club, where she is the Co-Chair of the "Red Badge" New Member Integration Committee. For the past several years, she has been a member of the Boulder Chamber of Commerce's Esprit Entrepreneur Awards Committee. She and her family are members of Atonement Lutheran Church in Boulder.
